Focus: Maintenance Effectiveness and Organizational Development

Valero's large, geographically diverse network of complex refineries stretches from Canada to the U.S. Gulf Coast and West Coast to the Caribbean, with a throughput capacity of nearly 2 million barrels per day. At six different Valero refineries, we helped with such issues as: Organization and Maintenance Effectiveness, Maintenance and Reliability Improvement, Warehouse Improvement, and Reliability & Organizational Redesign. Because of our sustainable workflow process, one refinery in particular was able to cut its annual maintenance spending by $4 million, and they continue to build upon that success to this day.
