Focus: Leadership and Organizational Development

Süd-Chemie Inc. is a diversified specialty chemical and industrial minerals company. SCI produces catalysts, adsorbents, and additives for industrial and consumer markets. In the area of Organizational Development our original diagnostics included a Leadership Effectiveness Assessment and an Organization Effectiveness Survey. Management Skills were addressed through a Leadership Development Program. Several other initiatives were undertaken to design, implement, and sustain process and system improvements in shop-floor operating performance, including On-the-Floor Coaching, Work Center Management System (WCMS^SM) and The Sustainability System®.
