Our Location Selection to Release to Drill Process Optimization resulted in a 42 percent increase in the number of locations submitted for permitting (from 42 to 60), as well as a 23 percent reduction in the drilling permit process cycle time (from 227 days to 129). We have also assisted Noble in the areas of Allocation/Revenue Process Optimization, Operating Partnership Equalization Modeling, and Construction Process Reengineering.
