HighMount Exploration & Production is an upstream energy company. The company is principally engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas and natural gas liquids. We were first asked to address their primary challenges of identifying and quantifying gas production improvement potential and cost reduction opportunities, with a specific focus on saltwater disposal. We are currently in the process of implementing the identified production improvements to attain the anticipated financial gains.
