ConocoPhillips is the third largest integrated energy company in the U.S., and the fifth largest refiner in the world. Together we have achieved over $20 million in annualized savings (not adjusted for inflation) through consistent application of appropriate routine maintenance practices, improved process definition, planning/scheduling, executive coaching, and effective allocation of resources. This represents a return on investment of over 6:1.
