Connectivity Solutions is a manufacturer of integrated end-to-end connectivity solutions for voice, data, and video, and is a worldwide market leader in structured cabling systems. Their challenge of cost control was significant: they needed to quickly gain control of manufacturing costs, reduce manufacturing cycle times, and improve quality. Utilizing Asset Optimization and Lean Manufacturing, we effected improvements in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance, and Organizational Development. Ultimately, costs were reduced by more than $25 million annually.
