Overall Operational Effectiveness (OOE) Diagnostic Surveys – MTG has found these to be very effective tools in gathering input from the organization, establishing baselines for the current situation, and setting goals for continuous improvement efforts. They also provide an excellent forum for mobilizing the organization, in that it allows the organization to prioritize improvement efforts within their workgroups while staying within the overall framework established for the entire organization.
