Training production field personnel to deliver sustainable performance excellence is one of the key elements in MTG’s overall production excellence approach. Training is customized for each client to:
- Fully understand the operating realities and requirements in each basin and play
- Fit the needs of the personnel on the ground and their current level of proficiency
- Train and coach field personnel and field managers to achieve proficiency and performance expectations
Beyond classroom training, MTG works on-site with field operators and other field personnel to ensure that the training is effectively implemented and continuously utilized at the job site. This training facilitates an increase in base well production by:
- Consistently applying Best Demonstrated Practices based upon analysis of well data
