MTG designs and delivers Execution Control Systems (ECSSM) that enable the achievement of performance improvement in production operations. A management control system is needed because:
- It provides an objective assessment of current performance
- It identifies the key performance gaps that exist relative to corporate, business unit and asset team goals and objectives
