Our History and Heritage
Founded in 1983, MTG has evolved from a firm specializing in maintenance consulting to a leading management consulting firm that provides change management and implementation services to a broad range of industries, such as refining, chemical/petrochemical, paper, metals and general manufacturing. The performance improvements resulting from these engagements have resulted in significant cost savings, profit improvement and long-term client relationships.
In December of 2008, MTG finalized the acquisition of James Miller & Company, Inc., a management consulting firm that specializes in improving oil and gas upstream key performance indicators through a unique and proprietary service offering: AlphaWells®. The AlphaWells® family of services enables an organization to increase value from drilling and completions technologies and raises performance in the design, planning, and execution of oil and gas well projects.
