He is also skilled in implementing behavioral and structural changes at all levels of a client organization.
Sophia Panos, Director, Client Results Delivery
Sophia has over 20 years of experience leading improvement engagements of significant scope in the energy, financial services, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. She is experienced in business assessment, operational analysis, project design, and executive coaching. She is particularly adept at leading both business and operational strategy working sessions with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams to set direction for transformational change.
Lynn Robbins, Director Human Resources
Lynn joined The Marshall-Teichert Group in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. Lynn has more than seven years of progressive human resources experience with significant experience in all aspects of recruitment, policy development, and compensation and benefits. A graduate of Bryant College, Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and is PHR certified.
Brian Smith, Sr. Vice President
Brian has 15 years of consulting experience in both Europe and the Americas. He specializes in the design and delivery of large scale behavioral change and business process reengineering programs, and has worked in a host of industries from public utilities to oil & gas and specialty chemicals. Brian began his career in manufacturing and holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
Bud Strandquest, Director, Client Results Delivery
Bud has over 14 years of national and international consulting experience. He specializes in the design and delivery of operations and change management programs in the energy, chemicals, manufacturing and engineering industries. Prior to his consulting career, Bud was an operations manager for a Fortune 100 manufacturing company in the steel industry. Bud also founded a company that creates, enables and consults to virtual teams and business processes through a proprietary, web-based collaboration technology that he developed and brought to market. He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Martin Thompson, VP, Client Results Delivery
Martin has 24 years of management consulting and organization effectiveness experience, and has implemented solutions in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, distribution, automotive, telecommunications, education, and pharmaceuticals. Martin developed The Sustainability System, MTG’s proprietary technology for driving sustained results through sustained behavior change.
