Rick Maerz, VPGM
With over 15 years experience consulting in management and business, Rick’s primary expertise is in the leadership and delivery of projects in oil and gas and chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Prior to his consulting career, Maerz worked for Oryx Energy (Sun Oil Company) for 17 years serving in a variety of technical and exploration management positions. Rick holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Kansas. Rick currently leads MTG's Upstream Oil & Gas Practice.
Jack Best, VPGM
A seasoned, disciplined executive with 30 years of multi-national business experience. From the shop floor to the boardroom, he has demonstrated success in defining critical issues facing industry business leaders and implementing the strategies, processes, and technologies to significantly improve shareholder value. Jack currently leads MTG's Downstream Oil & Gas Practice.
Brian Smith, VPGM
Brian has 15 years of consulting experience in both Europe and the Americas. He specializes in the design and delivery of large scale behavioral change and business process reengineering programs, and has worked in a host of industries from public utilities to oil & gas and specialty chemicals. Brian began his career in manufacturing and holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. He currently leads MTG’s Energy and Diversified Industries practice.
Mike Juenger
Mike is a senior management consulting services professional recognized for superior client management and project delivery success. He has over 25 years of value chain experience, working with the Fortune 1000 across a wide range of industry sectors. He advises clients on strategic business issues, with exceptional experience in designing and implementing change initiatives that significantly raise corporate performance and increase shareholder value. Mike currently leads our Analysis & Design practice.
Sophia Panos
Sophia has over 20 years of experience leading improvement engagements of significant scope in the energy, financial services, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. She is experienced in business assessment, operational analysis, project design, and executive coaching. She is particularly adept at leading both business and operational strategy working sessions with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams to set direction for transformational change.
Martin Thompson
Martin has 24 years of management consulting and organization effectiveness experience, and has implemented solutions in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, chemicals, distribution, automotive, telecommunications, education, and pharmaceuticals. Martin developed The Sustainability System, MTG’s proprietary technology for driving sustained results through sustained behavior change.
Roger Williams
Roger has over 16 years of consulting experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance, quality programs, and training development, and has extensive experience in implementing change management. His career is marked by diverse experience and success across multiple industries, such as oil and gas, automotive, chemicals, food and drink processing, and bio-tech/pharmaceuticals.
Lynn Robbins
Lynn joined The Marshall-Teichert Group in 2008 as Director of Human Resources. Lynn has more than seven years of progressive human resources experience with significant experience in all aspects of recruitment, policy development, and compensation and benefits. A graduate of Bryant College, Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and is PHR certified.
Colleen Bodvig
As Field Operations Director, Colleen has over 24 years of diversified marketing, corporate affairs, and administrative experience working in the Oil & Gas, manufacturing, and aerospace industries. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and Criticism.
