Project Leadership School
Our training objective:
- To ensure consistent and high-quality execution of all MTG projects, regardless of client or MTG project manager
- To ensure the development of future MTG project leaders
- To facilitate effective project audit and learning skills
- To improve MTG's project management skills
Our Project Leadership School consists of six training modules:
- Project Management Execution Control System (ECSSM)
- Project Management Tools
- Basic Project Management
- Transition from A&D to Project Start-up
- Project Completion
- Integration Management
The completion of each module is contingent upon passing a written test and overall Project Manager Accreditation is determined by reviews of personal action plans and project reviews.
Monthly Training
