Trust
- Trust occurs when a person believes another will consistently do what he/she says they will do as a person or as a representative of MTG.
- Always remember the Trust Formula: T = I x C/R. The higher the Risk, the higher the Trust must be. Trust comes from Intimacy and Credibility.
- We will build and sustain MTG through a foundation of trust.
- We earn our client’s trust – never assume it. We are outside consultants, always maintaining the highest level of professionalism with our clients.
- If each of us goes at least 60% of the way toward an objective, the result will be success, trust, and teamwork. We call this 60/60.
- Do what we commit (small and big) to each other.
- Embrace differences in your colleagues.
- “They” or “I” is not in our vocabulary – only “We.”
